تُذوّب زبدة الكاكاو في قدر صغيرة.
تسير الأمور بسرعة كبيرة ولكن لدينا الوقت لأن النوجا لا تزال ساخنة جدًا!
عندما تذوب الزبدة و الفاكهة مشوي من القلب أخرج المضرب من الوعاء …
واستبدلها بالورقة (إنها “k” من kenwood أو kitchenaid).
تحقق من تحميص اللوز جيدًا فستق.
ثم أضفها ساخنة جدًا إلى المرينغ ، مع تركها على سرعة بطيئة.
عندما يمتزج كل شيء جيدًا ، أضيفي زبدة الكاكاو المذابة في كمية قليلة.
