دعنا ننتقل مباشرة إلى سوقنا الأول ، سوق جان تالون … دعنا نتبع السهم!
يمنحني الوصول المبكر امتياز عدم الحصول على الكثير من الناس وزيارة جميع أماكن وأركان هذا السوق في أوقات الفراغ. وأنا محظوظ ، الشمس أشرقت!
بالطبع ، هرعت على الفور إلى حامل شراب القيقب وغادرت بزجاجة صغيرة!
مع الطقس الجيد ، كما في سياتل ، تتألق الألوان! الفواكه الموسمية كلها هناك … وخاصة العنب البري (العنب البري) لذيذ جدا!
لزيارة مدينة ، أعتقد بصدق أنه يجب عليك الذهاب إلى السوق والسوبر ماركت مرة واحدة على الأقل! ماذا أفعل حول العالم!
هذا الثوم يبدو أجمل بالنسبة لي من ثوم الفيل الوحشي الذي اشتريته في سوق بايك بلايس في سياتل!
يقع سوق جان تالون في ساحة. السوق المركزي مغطى وفي جميع أنحاء هذه الساحة يوجد العديد من المتاجر المتعلقة بالطعام! يا له من حظ!
في سوق جان تالون توجد أيضًا Librairie Gourmande!

يوجد في الفناء الداخلي شرفة مظللة لطيفة بشكل خاص للاستمتاع بالأطباق الخفيفة الصغيرة التي تلي …!
لنبدأ النظام الغذائي مع “بوتين”. الصورة جزء صغير … لكن ما هو بوتين؟ حسنًا ، مزيج من البطاطس المقلية وخثارة جبنة الشيدر الطازجة وصلصة بنية مصنوعة من مرق اللحم البقري (وأحيانًا صلصة الشواء ، لكنها ليست البوتين التقليدي).
وهنا تخصص آخر ، شطيرة اللحم المدخن.
أو حتى بوتين اللحم المدخن!
بعد هذه الوجبة ، دعنا نذهب إلى سوق “أتواتر” لتذوق الحلوى!
سوق أتواتر هو السوق الرئيسي الآخر لمونتريال في محطة مترو “ليونيل جرولكس”.
أصغر من سوق جان تالون ، لا يزال لديه بعض المفاجآت الرائعة في المتجر. بدءاً من مبنى آرت ديكو من عام 1933 …!
أولا الجزء الخارجي مع الفواكه والخضروات والزهور.
ولكن أيضًا المنتجات المحلية …
وجزء داخلي …
يتبع الجزارون بعضهم البعض ويفتحون شهية محبي اللحوم. مثل هذه “الضلوع” اللذيذة !! ابتداءً من الشهر المقبل ، سأضع وصفة الضلوع الاحتياطية على الإنترنت!
ولكن أيضًا بائعي المعجنات المصنوعة يدويًا (على الرغم من التغليف) ، مثل “مربعات التمر”.
متجر “Le Vrac du marché” يستحق المشاهدة!
خاصة لزبدة الفول السوداني محلية الصنع ، كريمية أو مقرمشة!

فطائر السكر اللذيذة بنفس القدر …

هذه المنطقة تستحق الزيارة بالتأكيد وبها مطاعم لذيذة !! ولكن لرحلة طهي حقيقية إلى الصين ، ستكون في المرة القادمة!
