تحضير تشاك. إزالة الأجزاء الصلبة …
ثم قطعها إلى قطع.
ضع اللحم في وعاء ، أضف كوب الكونياك.
ثم النبيذ الأحمر.
اتركه لينقع لمدة ثلاث ساعات على الأقل أو طوال الليل في مكان بارد.
