هذا طبق سيجعل الناس سعداء! بالتأكيد ، ليس خفيفًا جدًا ، رغم أنه بزيت الزيتون … ولكن أيضًا طبقة جيدة من الجبن تتحول إلى اللون البني في الأعلى! أعطتني أمي وصفة لازانيا الباذنجان التي أصبحت كلاسيكية في منزل العائلة! وصفة بسيطة ولكنها لذيذة حقًا. شرائح الباذنجان المطبوخة في زيت الزيتون تمتزج بشكل مثالي مع الطماطم الكريمية والبصل وصلصة الريحان وبالطبع لتتماشى مع اللمسات الجنوبية والإيطالية ، جبن البارميزان المبشور والموزاريلا.
وصفة لازانيا الباذنجان:
-3 باذنجان -4 طماطم -1 ملعقة كبيرة من هريس الطماطم -2 بصل – حفنة من الريحان -باقة قرني – علبة لازانيا -100 جرام جبن بارميزان مبشور -300 إلى 400 جرام منجبنة موتزاريلا – 20 سنتيلتر من الكريم السائل -ملح فلفل -زيت الزيتون
مكونات طازجة جيدة ، ليس هناك أسرار في المطبخ!
نقطع البصل إلى قطع (إذا تم تقطيعه بشكل سيء ، فمن يهتم!). يُطهى في مقلاة بزيت الزيتون على نار متوسطة.
عندما تصبح شبه شفافة ، أضف الطماطم المقشرة (كل ما عليك فعله هو سلقها لبضع ثوان أو تقشيرها باستخدام مقشرة مخصصة لهذا الغرض) وتقطيعها إلى قطع كبيرة.
اتركيه حتى ينضج ، مع التحريك من وقت لآخر ، أضيفي الباقة الغارنية وهريس الطماطم.
عندما يبدو كل شيء مطبوخًا جيدًا (حوالي عشرين دقيقة) ، أضف الكريمة.
نقطع الريحان إلى قطع بسكين (أو مقص).
أضيفيها إلى كريمة الطماطم ، واخلطيها جيداً ، وأطفئي النار وتبليها بالملح والفلفل واتركيها جانباً أثناء انتظار باقي الوصفة.
نقطع الباذنجان إلى شرائح بسمك سنتيمتر واحد.
يمكنك بعد ذلك وضعها في الميكروويف لمدة 7 دقائق لطهيها مسبقًا. إذا لم يكن لديك هذا الفرن ، فتخط هذه الخطوة ، لكن القلي سيستغرق وقتًا أطول!
ضع الباذنجان في مقلاة ساخنة مع زيت الزيتون.
اطهي الباذنجان حتى يصبح لونه بنياً ذهبياً ثم اقلبه.
عندما تنضج جيدًا وتصبح ذهبية ، اتركها تبرد على ورق ماص. خلال هذا الوقت ، استمر في طهي الباذنجان التالية!
ملح وفلفل كل جانب من الباذنجان بمجرد طهيه!
ضعي اللازانيا في طبق. إذا لم يكن ركن اللازانيا مناسبًا ، فقم فقط بقطعه (كما يظهر في الزوايا في الصورة أدناه!).
أضف ثلث الكريمة إلى الطماطم.
يرش جبنة البارميزان المبشورة.
أضف طبقة من الباذنجان.
أضف اللازانيا مرة أخرى.
ثم نضيف ثلث صلصة الطماطم.
نضيف باقي الباذنجان ونرش البارميزان وانتهي بالثلث الأخير من الصلصة.
أضف ال جبنة موتزاريلا مقطع إلى شرائح. يتبل بالملح والفلفل ويُرش قليلاً بزيت الزيتون.
