لقد صنعت لنفسي مؤخرًا بعض كعكات الإفطار ، هذه المرة البرتقال والتوت البري. إنها زبدانية ، منخفضة السكر ومقرمشة من الخارج ، غنية وجيدة التهوية من الداخل. تمتزج نكهات قشر البرتقال والزبدة بشكل رائع مع نعومة التوت البري. عليك فقط أن تتذكر وضع الزبدة في الفريزر مسبقًا قليلاً حتى تكون الكعكات ناجحة قدر الإمكان!
وصفة لثمانية كعكات:
115 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
225 جرام طحين T55
1 ملعقة صغيرة من البيكينغ باودر
25 جرام سكر
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
نكهة البرتقال
80 جرام من التوت البري
170 جرام حليب مخمر
نضع أولاً الزبدة المقطعة إلى مكعبات بحجم 8 مم في الفريزر لمدة ساعة جيدة. ضعي الدقيق والبيكنج باودر والسكر والملح وقشر البرتقال مع الزبدة المجمدة المقطعة إلى مكعبات في الخلاط المزود بالورق.
اخلطي حتى يصبح لديك نوع من الرمل ، لكن الزبدة لا تختفي ، لكن تقلليها بمقدار النصف. نريد فقط الاحتفاظ بالقطع!
أضف التوت البري والحليب المخمر.
تخلط مرة أخرى فقط تكتل العجين دون الإصرار على الإطلاق.
تُسكب العجينة المرشوشة قليلاً بالدقيق في شكل دائري طوله 16 سم على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة. افرد العجينة بأطراف أصابعك.
تُرفع الدائرة ثم تقطع العجينة إلى 4 ثم إلى 8. افصل الشرائح برفق ثم ادهن السطح بالحليب المخمر.
تخبز لمدة 13-15 دقيقة في فرن محمى على حرارة 195 درجة مئوية على نار دوارة. يجب أن يتم تحمير الكعكات بشكل جيد.
للاستهلاك خلال النهار ، سيكون ذلك عندما يكونون الأفضل!
