هذه وصفة لأصدقائي وقرائي الذين يطلبون مني بانتظام أن أنشر حلويات خالية من الغلوتين أو البيض أو خالية من الزبدة … إنه تحد كبير بالنسبة لي ، لأنني أحب كل شيء وأكل كل شيء. لكنني أردت مواجهة التحدي المتمثل في صنع كعكة الغريبة الخالية من الغلوتين وإيجادها متماسكة ومقرمشة حقًا. لذلك أقدم لكم الوصفة التي طورتها بعد عدة اختبارات وهذه الفطائر خالية من الغلوتين (دقيق أرز كامل) وخالية من البيض (مثل الغريبة أخيرًا!) وخالية من الزبدة. لقد صنعت كل “بلا” الثلاثة في وصفة واحدة. وما النتيجة ؟؟ لذيذ !! ملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه مقرمشة ومقرمشة للغاية ، ولكنها أيضًا لذيذة جدًا ببذورها ولمسة من الفانيليا. حتى بدون اتباع نظام غذائي خاص ، فأنا أعلم بالفعل أنني سأفعل ذلك مرة أخرى من وقت لآخر …
وصفة الغريبة (لدزينة):
260 جرام دقيق أرز بني
80 جرام سكر القصب الكامل
40 جرام سكر بودرة
115 جرام سمن (أو 130 جرام زبدة)
5 غ من خلاصة الفانيليا السائلة
15 جرام ماء
35 جرام سمسم محمص
35 جرام بذور الكتان
35 جرام بذور عباد الشمس
اخلطي دقيق الأرز البني مع سكر القصب الكامل والسكر البودرة
نضيف الفانيليا السائلة (المخبأة تحت المارجرين) والسمن.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الماء للحصول على كرة عجين.
اخلطي البذور. يمكنك بالطبع أن تختلف وتضع ما تفضله !!
اسكبيهم واخلطيهم جيدًا لدمجهم في الخليط.
افردي العجين بسمك 5-7 مم ثم قصي الأشكال المختارة بقطاعة البسكويت. ضعي الفطائر على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة.
اخبزيها على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 إلى 25 دقيقة. يجب أن تبدأ الفطائر في التحول إلى اللون البني بشكل جيد.
اتركها تبرد على رف سلكي ثم قم بتخزينها في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق.
