وصفة شوربة الكستناء لـ 6 أشخاص:

نقطع البصل إلى قطع (بغض النظر عن شكلها!). سخني زيت الزيتون في وعاء كبير حرمان ويضاف البصل.
يُطهى لمدة 2-3 دقائق مع التحريك ومن بعد لتضيف هم الكستناء. هنا ، أخذت الكستناء الخام المجمدة من Picard وهي مثالية. يمكننا بالتأكيد أن نأخذها الكستناء مطبوخ في الجرار. في هذه الحالة ، سيستغرق الطهي وقتًا أقل.
أضف 500 مل من مرق الدجاج.
ثم الحليب. إضافة الملح والفلفل حسب الذوق.
يُغلى المزيج ثم يُخفَّض النار لمدة 15-20 دقيقة (للكستناء النيئة) أو 10 دقائق (للكستناء المطبوخ).
في نهاية وقت الطهي المناسب ، تناول 6-7 حبات من الكستناء والتي ستقاوم الطهي والتي ستظل جميلة جدًا.
