CHOUX DE BRUXELLES AU FOUR :

1 كجم كرنب بروكسل
زيت الزيتون
ملح ، فلفل ، بابريكا ، فلفل حار ، سمسم
صلصة الطحينة:
135 غ طحينة (طحينة)
15 جرام خل أبيض
10 جرام خل بلسمي
20 غ من العسل أو شراب الصبار
15 مل زيت زيتون
100 مل ماء
1 فص ثوم
ملح فلفل
Instructions :
ابدأ بشطف كرنب بروكسل.
قطع القاعدة قليلا وإزالة الأوراق التالفة. سوف يكون لديك أطفال!
اقطعهم إلى نصفين.
ضعهم على ورقة خبز.
رشي زيت الزيتون والملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة. كما أضفت القليل من الفلفل الحلو والفلفل الحار.
اخبزيها لمدة 30 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية على نار دوارة.
في غضون ذلك ، اصنع الصلصة. يخلط كل المكونات.
يُضاف فص ثوم مقشر ، ويُضغط من خلال عصارة الثوم.
الملح والفلفل للمذاق وإضافة بعض بذور السمسم إذا كان لديك أي منها. ولكن أيضا الفلفل الحار!
