كما هو الحال في بعض الأحيان مع بعض الأطباق اللذيذة ، يصعب التقاط الصورة ولا تنصف نكهة كاتسودون. طبق ياباني بامتياز ، يتكون من لحم الخنزير المغطى بالبقسماط ومقطع إلى قطع على سرير من الأرز الياباني وبصل وصلصة داشي بالبيض … حقا لذيذ ويجب أن نحاول. كل ما تبقى هو الحصول على المكونين غير العاديين ، “داشي” وفتات الخبز اليابانية ، “بانكو” !!
وصفة كاتسودون لشخصين:
الخنزير:
-2 شرائح لحم خنزير في العمود الفقري
-2 ملاعق كبيرة من صلصة الصويا
-2 ملاعق صغيرة من السكر
-1 ملعقة صغيرة زيت سمسم
-فلفل
الصلصة مع بصل:
-1 بصلة كبيرة
-250 مل من الداشي المحضر (1 ظرف 5 جم ل 75 سنتيلتر من الماء الساخن)
-4 ملاعق صغيرة من صلصة الصويا
-2 ملاعق صغيرة من السكر
-2 ملاعق صغيرة من صلصة ميرين
-2 أو 3 بيضات
قلي لحم الخنزير:
-دقيق صافي
-1 بيضة
– 50 جرام ماء
فتات الخبز اليابانية “بانكو”
– ورقة نوري
– بصلة جديدة
الأرز الياباني:
– 300 جرام أرز
– حجم الأرز في الماء للطبخ
ها هي المكونات للحصول عليها. يمكن العثور عليها في محلات البقالة اليابانية في شارع Sainte Anne في باريس أو حتى في Tang.

تحضير الأرز الياباني وهو عبارة عن أرز دائري … اغسلها بكمية كبيرة من الماء حتى تصبح صافية …
ضعي نفس كمية الأرز المغسول مثل الماء العذب في قدر على نار خفيفة. اجلب كل شيء ليغلي.
عندما يغلي الماء ، ضعي الغطاء على النار واتركيها على نار هادئة لمدة 15 دقيقة.
بعد 15 دقيقة ، أطفئي النار واتركيها لمدة 10 دقائق أخرى مع الغطاء.
أثناء طهي الأرز ، حضري صلصة البصل. نضع السكر ، ميرين وصلصة الصويا في وعاء صغير.
نضيف الداشي المحضر بالفعل (5 جم مقابل 750 مل من الماء) …
الصلصة جاهزة!
نقطع البصل إلى نصفين ثم إلى شرائح رقيقة إلى حد ما.
نضع الصلصة والبصل في مقلاة ونطهو على نار خفيفة حتى يصبح البصل شبه شفاف.
في هذه الأثناء ، قم بإعداد فتات الخبز للحم الخنزير. ضعي البيض والماء والدقيق في وعاء واخلطيهم جيدًا لإزالة الكتل. يجب أن تكون العجينة سائلة ولكنها تنفجر … اغمر لحم الخنزير في هذا العجينة.
تُرفع العجينة الزائدة وتُوضع في طبق يحتوي على البانكو.
يحمى الزيت في مقلاة. عندما يصبح الزيت في درجة حرارة القلي الصحيحة ، اغمس اللحم فيه.
أخرجي اللحم وصفيه على منشفة ورقية.
نقطع اللحم إلى شرائح …
نقطع البصل الأخضر أيضًا إلى قطع صغيرة.

يُطهى على نار خفيفة فقط لطهي البيض (لا ينبغي طهيه بالكامل).
ضعي الأرز في وعاءين منفصلين وضعي شريحة لحم الخنزير مع البصل على الأرز.
يُسكب القليل من الصلصة فوق كل شيء ويُرش بقطع صغيرة من ورقة النوري. قدميها ساخنة جدا.
