بعد رحلتي الطهوية إلى ليما في بيرو (للقراءة هنا ) ، وعدتك بوصفات! هذا هو أول واحد مثالي للأيام الجميلة القادمة. تقدم هذه المقبلات (أو الطبق الرئيسي) باردة. لقد استوحيت من السببات التي تمكنت من تذوقها على الفور ، وبالطبع احترام التقاليد. النتيجة بسيطة وجميلة ولذيذة ، لكنها قبل كل شيء أصلية جدًا. وصفة سأعدها كثيرًا في المنزل.
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:

طهي البطاطس بالبخار. دعهم يبردوا ثم قشرهم. في بيرو ، يأخذون “باباس أماريلا” ، يكاد يكون من المستحيل العثور عليه هنا. يناسب bintje تمامًا. لقد صنعت الوصفة بحوالي 650 جرام من اللحم المطبوخ والمقشر.
اهرسي البطاطس.

اهرسي البطاطس مع كريمة “آجي أماريلو” وزيت الزيتون والملح.
لا تتردد في استخدام هراسة.
هنا هو الشهير “آجي أماريلو”. يبيعونها مجمدة في المتجر البيروفي (http://www.boutique-peruvienne.com/fr/). لكن ! لقد تذوقته نيئًا ويمكنك حقًا تجربته مع الفلفل البرتقالي والقليل من التاباسكو. اسمحوا لي أن أشرح: هذا الفلفل ليس قويًا جدًا. يضيف الذوق واللون. الطعم قريب جدًا من الفلفل (هناك فرق بسيط مع ذلك). اللحم أرقى ولسعه قليلا. لذا فإن القليل من الفلفل البرتقالي (وليس حبة كاملة) وبضع قطرات من تاباسكو سيفي بالغرض. لا تمنع نفسك من عمل الوصفة بسبب هذا! مثل كريم “آجي” ، يمكنك خلط (بدون البذور) باقي الفلفل البرتقالي مع ملعقة صغيرة من الزيت وقليل من الملح وتاباسكو وفويلا!
على أي حال ، قم بتقطيع العجي إلى نصفين وإزالة البذور. لإعطائك فكرة عن حجم هذا الفلفل ، كان هذا ما يقرب من 8-9 سم. إذن ربع حبة برتقال فلفل.
مقطعة إلى شرائح رفيعة.
ثم في نرد صغير.
قفز في الهريس!
تذوق لضبط التوابل.
ضعي الدجاج المطبوخ والمبرد في الخلاط.
يمكنك استبدال التونة المعلبة. نسكب اللب في وعاء ونضيف المايونيز.
نقطع قطع قليلة من الكرفس (حسب ذوقك).
أضف نصف الكراث (أو بالطبع القليل من البصل!). يضاف عصير الليمون والملح والفلفل.
ضع طبقة من البطاطس المهروسة في دوائر الرغوة (عالية جدًا) التي يبلغ ارتفاعها 8 سم (أو أكثر!).
نقطع الأفوكادو إلى شرائح ونضع طبقة منها.
نضيف الهريس مرة أخرى ، ثم الدجاج (أو التونة).
ننتهي بطبقة من الهريس. افعل نفس الشيء مع الدوائر الثلاث الأخرى. يمكنك تقديم هذه السببات مع السلطة الخضراء والطماطم والزيتون الأسود وما إلى ذلك. فرحة عندما يكون الطقس لطيفا. قدميها مبردة للغاية وغير متداولة ، ربما بمساعدة دافع.
