وصفة شوربة البصل لـ5-6 أشخاص:
– 500 جرام بصل – 70 جرام زبدة مملحة -1 مستوى ملعقة كبيرة من السكر -1 ملعقة كبيرة طحين – 2 لتر ماء – 10 سنتيلتر من النبيذ الأبيض الجاف -1 المكعب السحري – زعتر ، غار – 200 جرام جبن جروير مبشور (الجبن مهم !!) – ملح ، فلفل ، جوزة الطيب – خبز (باغيت أو شرائح)
يقشر البصل ويقطع إلى شرائح رفيعة (أو قطع صغيرة).
تذوب الزبدة في مقلاة كبيرة على نار عالية إلى حد ما.
أضف البصل.
أضع الصور لجميع الخطوات. يجب أن يحمر البصل دون أن يحترق. يمكنك إضافة القليل من الماء إذا كان لونه بنيًا كثيرًا.
عندما يصبح البصل ملونًا جيدًا ، أضيفي الدقيق والنبيذ الأبيض الجاف.
تخلط جيدا ثم ترفع عن النار. ينقل البصل إلى قدر كبيرة ويضاف ليتر من الماء.
