وصفات من الصخور السويسرية:
– 300 جرام من عيدان اللوز
-120 جرام شراب قصب السكر
-2 رشة ملح جيدة -30 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
-350 جرام من شوكولاتة الكوفيرتور (طريقة بسيطة هنا )
-4 جرام زبدة كاكاو ميكريو
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. ضعي شرائح اللوز في وعاء.
نضيف شراب قصب السكر والملح. في هذه الوصفة ، أتناول شراب Canadou ، الشراب الذي نستخدمه لصنع المزارعون!
خلط جيد.
ضع أي لوز على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. توضع في الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية
كل 5 دقائق ، اخلطي اللوز بملعقة. في البداية يوجد شراب تحت اللوز: لا داعي للذعر! سيتبخر الشراب في النهاية وسيتحمص اللوز جيدًا!
لا أعرف كم من الوقت يستغرق الأمر ، ولكن بعد 15-20 دقيقة يتم تحميص اللوز جيدًا ويختفي الشراب (اللوز جاف حقًا).
