“سلطة” بسيطة جدا وطازجة ولذيذة! أنا أحب البروكلي بجميع أشكاله. لقد صنعت هذا الإصدار مستوحى من وصفة تذوقها في الولايات المتحدة في Whole Foods. مع صلصة الثوم الكريمية ، وبذور عباد الشمس المحلاة قليلاً ، واليقطين ، والشيا ، والزبيب ، سيكون لها مكانها في البوفيه ، أو لمرافقة طبق في يوم جميل!
وصفة سلطة البروكلي الكبيرة (لثمانية أشخاص):
1.2 كجم من البروكلي
150 جرام من التوت البري
150 جرام بذور عباد الشمس
80 جرام بذور اليقطين
100 جرام زبيب ذهبي
1 ملعقة كبيرة من بذور الشيا
صلصة :
1 بيضة
1 فص ثوم
300 مل زيت
1 ملعقة كبيرة خل عصير التفاح
1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر
125 مل كريمة ثقيلة كاملة
ملح فلفل
حضري البروكلي. قطع ذيول وغسلها.
ضعهم في سلة باخرة.
اطهيه لمدة 12 دقيقة (بغطاء).
في نهاية وقت الطهي ، افتح الغطاء واتركه يبرد.
نقطعها إلى قطع كبيرة ونضعها في وعاء كبير.
لتحضير الصلصة: اسكبي الزيت والبيض والخل والثوم في وعاء طويل ضيق (للخلاط اليدوي). لن تستخدمي كل الصلصة بالضرورة.
باستخدام الخلاط الغاطس ، ابدأ الخلط من الأسفل واصعد ببطء شديد لاستحلاب كل شيء.
بمجرد الوصول إلى القمة ، يتم ضبط الصلصة. يستغرق الأمر بضع ثوانٍ تمامًا.
أضيفي الملح والفلفل والقشدة والسكر في الصلصة. امزج مرة أخرى. اسكب كمية وفيرة على البروكلي.
أضف بذور عباد الشمس والتوت البري.
بذور اليقطين والشيا.
لا تنس الزبيب!
تخلط بعناية. أضف المزيد من الصلصة إذا لزم الأمر.
ضع غشاء مطاطي على السلطة وضعه لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل في الثلاجة. ثم تقدم مبردة!
