وصفة سمك القد ريليتس:
350 جرام فيليه سمك القد الطازج
4 أوراق غار
300 غ من سان موريه
100 جرام كريمة كاملة سميكة
1 ملعقة صغيرة خل التفاح أو عصير الليمون
2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
1 حفنة صغيرة من الثوم المعمر
1 كراث صغير
ملح فلفل
اطلب من بائع السمك إزالة شرائح سمك القد بدون جلد أو عظام.
يُطهى في الماء المغلي مع أوراق الغار ، من 7 إلى 8 دقائق.
صفي السمك جيدًا ثم قطعيه بين أصابعك للتأكد من عدم وجود عظام.
نضيف الكريمة الثقيلة وسانت موريه.
فرم الثوم المعمر ناعما. أضف المبلغ المطلوب! أضف أيضًا زيت الزيتون أو خل التفاح أو عصير الليمون.
قشر الكراث وقطعه جيدًا. أضفه إلى “ريليتس”.
يُخلط الملح والفلفل للمذاق جيدًا ثم يُبرّد لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل قبل التقديم.
