بعد مرور بعض الوقت ، اسكب مرة أخرى في وعاء ، قم بالتصفية جيدًا. يجب أن يكون لديك ما لا يقل عن 1.5 لتر من المرق.
من أجل المعكرونة ، ها هم !! يمكنك العثور عليها بسهولة في المتاجر. لديهم العديد من الأسماء حسب المناطق أو البلدان المعنية.
في قدر كبيرة ، نسكب الزبدة وزيت الزيتون ونصف بصلة مفرومة ناعماً.
اتركي الطهي على نار معتدلة.
يجب أن يحمر البصل قليلاً.
صب المعكرونة.
اخلطهم جيدًا لتغلفهم بالدهن أثناء الطهي لمدة دقيقتين.
صب النبيذ الأبيض.
