الربيع هنا ويجعلني أرغب في تناول الطعام بشكل جيد! مثل كل الفصول ستخبرني !! هذه ليست وصفة هنا حقًا ، بل هي الطبق الذي أعددته لنفسي في غداء يوم الأحد. رحلة سريعة إلى السوق وعدت مع الهليون الأخضر الجميل الذي أحبه ، ودجاج مجاني. القليل من اللون مع البطاطا الحلوة وها أنا مع وجبة استمتعت بها حقًا. وبما أن العديد منكم يكتبون لي يطلبون مني بعض الأساسيات ، فإليك طريقة بسيطة لطهي الدجاج للحصول على نتيجة لذيذة ولحوم شهية!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
1 دجاجة خالية من الدواجن
2 باقات من الهليون الأخضر
1 بطاطا حلوة كبيرة
1 رأس ثوم
ملح فلفل
زيت الزيتون
30 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
العودة من السوق لهذه الوجبة الجيدة !!
ضعي الدجاج في طبق الخبز. رشيها بزيت الزيتون ثم دلكيها جيداً حتى تحتها. ملح وفلفل من جميع الجهات. ضع القليل من الزبدة في الأعلى. نضع رأس الثوم الكامل المقشر جزئياً مع القليل من زيت الزيتون.
ضعي الطبق في الفرن البارد ثم سخني حتى 180 درجة مئوية دون تسخين مسبق لمدة ساعة و 15 دقيقة إجمالاً. لكن سنعود إليها بعد 30 دقيقة لإضافة البطاطا الحلوة.
بالنسبة للهليون ، لا شيء يمكن أن يكون أبسط!
خذهم بين يديك ولفهم نحو القاعدة.
سوف ينكسر بشكل طبيعي في المكان المناسب. بشكل عام ، تكون القدم أكثر نعومة ، باستثناء الهليون الذي تم قطفه للتو. من خلال كسرها ، تتخلص من الجزء الأقل جودة. حاول أن تكون قريبًا من قدمك قدر الإمكان حتى تخسر أقل قدر ممكن.
قشر البطاطا الحلوة وقطعيها إلى قطع.
رشي القليل من زيت الزيتون.
بعد 30 دقيقة من الطهي ، أخرجي الدجاج من الفرن.
اقلبها وأضف البطاطا الحلوة. اجمع بعض الدهون لعجينة اللحم. يمكنك إضافة اندفاعة من الماء.
يُعاد إلى الفرن لمدة 45 دقيقة إضافية. في هذه المرحلة ، يبدأ كل شيء في الطهي جيدًا. لقد ظل الدجاج في الفرن لمدة ساعة ونصف بالفعل. اقلب الدجاج مرة أخرى للطبخ النهائي.
ارفعي الفرن إلى 210 درجة مئوية. عندما يكون في درجة حرارة ، ضعي الدجاج فيه لمدة 15 دقيقة. يمنحك هذا الوقت لطهي الهليون. صب القليل من الزيت في مقلاة كبيرة.
نضع الهليون ونقلبه على نار عالية.
يجب أن نخب قليلا. وقت الطهي المثالي ليبقى مقرمشًا هو 8-9 دقائق. ملح خفيف.
