إليكم أحد الأطباق التايلاندية المفضلة ، الدجاج مع الكاجو. دجاج طري متبل بإتقان مع البصل والفلفل الأحمر والفلفل الأخضر الكبير وخاصة الكاجو المقرمش. علاج حقيقي خاصة مع الأرز اللزج! هناك العديد من الاختلافات حول هذا الطبق. أعطيك الشخص الذي أفضله ، مع صلصة حارة وحلوة لذيذة.
وصفة دجاج الكاجو ، لـ 4 أشخاص:
-8 أفخاذ دجاج مخلية -2 فلفل أحمر -1 بصلة -2 فلفل أخضر كبير -6 إلى 8 فلفل أحمر طائر صغير -150 إلى 200 جرام كاجو غير محمص وغير مملح -2 فلفل أحمر مجفف -2 فص ثوم مفروم – دزينة من الثوم المعمر الصيني -1 ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة الصويا -1 ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة السمك -2 ملاعق كبيرة من صلصة المحار -1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر -1 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم وصوص حار -1 نصف ملعقة كبيرة من مركزات الطماطم المزدوجة -2 إلى 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الماء -زيت (وليس زيتون!)
ابدأ بإزالة الجلد من الفخذين. الأمر بسيط ، فقط أطلق عليه! قم بإزالة الأجزاء الصغيرة من الدهون الموجودة هنا وهناك. ثم انزع العظم المركزي بسكين جيد. تأكد أيضًا من عدم ترك أي غضروف!
ثم نقطع الدجاج إلى قطع.
نقطع الفلفل الأحمر إلى قطع كبيرة مع الحرص على إزالة البذور.
نقطع البصل أيضًا إلى قطع كبيرة.
ها هو الفلفل الأخضر. يمكنك أن ترى أنه كبير ، وكلما زاد حجم الفلفل ، كان أضعف. هذا بالكاد يلدغ … لذلك فقط قم بتقطيعها إلى شرائح وحفظ البذور.
خذ قفازات مطاطية لحماية يديك عند تقطيع فلفل الطيور … فقط أزل الذيل ، قطعها من المنتصف بالطول وإزالة البذور.

يُطهى لمدة دقيقتين ثم يُضاف الصلصة.
قطع الثوم المعمر الصيني إلى شرائح.
ثم قم بإضافتها إلى المقلاة.
أضف الكاجو المقلي على الفور.
تخلط جيدا ، تطهى لمدة دقيقة واحدة وتقدم على الفور.
