Instructions :
أولاً ، يُطهى العدس الأحمر في الماء المغلي لمدة 2.5 دقيقة. نعم هذا كل شيء !
يُصفّى جيدًا ثم يُسكب الزيت في المقلاة. يُضاف البصل المفروم جيدًا والقرنفل المهروس إلى عصارة الثوم. يُطهى لمدة 3-4 دقائق على نار متوسطة. يضاف العدس والبهارات وحليب جوز الهند. يُمزج جيدًا ويُطهى لمدة 8-10 دقائق أخرى مع التحريك من حين لآخر. يقدم مع الأرز الأبيض والكزبرة المفرومة والبصل المقلي.
