وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
12 خرشوف صغير بالبهارات
2 حبة ليمون
1/2 بصلة حمراء
200 جرام من جبنة الفيتا
زيت الزيتون
بضع أغصان من الشبت الطازج
ملح فلفل
تعليمات :
هنا الخرشوف الصغير. فرحة صغيرة !!
ابدأ بعصر ثمرة ليمون.
يُسكب العصير في وعاء ويُملأ بقليل من الماء. بمجرد تحضير الأرضي شوكي ، ستضعها في ماء الليمون هذا لمنعها من السواد.
اقطع ساق الخرشوف.
قشر الأوراق الأولى حتى تحصل على الأوراق اللينة والأخضر.
بمجرد الانتهاء من ذلك ، قشر قاعدة الخرشوف باستخدام مقشرة الخضار.
اقطعهم إلى نصفين.
ثم استخرج بعض التبن الداخلي باستخدام ملعقة صغيرة.
بمجرد الانتهاء من ذلك ، ضعيها تدريجياً في ماء الليمون. افعل نفس الشيء مع جميع أنواع الأرضي شوكي.
عندما تنتهي ، صفيها جيدًا وضعها على ورق الزبدة. رشي القليل من زيت الزيتون. أضف الملح والفلفل.

في طبق التقديم ، ضعي الأرضي شوكي فوقها جبنة الفيتا وشرائح البصل الأحمر والقليل من الشبت المفروم. يتبل بالملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة ثم يرش القليل من زيت الزيتون. كل ما عليك فعله هو التهام!
