شورت بريد كبير مقرمش ، مع الكثير من شوكولاتة الحليب والصنوبر والبندق المطحون. شهي حقيقي لا يقاوم في عيني. يكفي المرء. يمكنك أيضًا تقطيعها إلى شرائح قبل تجميدها نيئة ، ثم طهيها عند الطلب.
Recette SABLÉS CHOCOLAT AU LAIT, NOISETTES ET PIGNONS:
120 جرام سكر بني
200 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
25 جرام بيضة
75 جرام بندق مطحون
250 جرام دقيق
100 جرام صنوبر
200 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة بالحليب صغيرة
Instructions:
اخلطي السكر والزبدة.
صب 25 جم من البيض (اخفق بيضة صغيرة في عجة ووزن الكمية المطلوبة).
اخلطي ثم اسكبي الدقيق ومسحوق البندق.
نخلط مرة أخرى ثم نضيف الصنوبر والناجتس.
تخلط جيدا لتفريقهم.
تُلف في نقانق بقطر 6-7 سم. لفها في فيلم مطاطي وضعها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة على الأقل.
قطع شرائح بسماكة سنتيمتر واحد.
ضعي الشرائح على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة.
اخبزيها لمدة 25 دقيقة على 160 درجة مئوية.
دعهم يبردوا تمامًا قبل عضهم!
