يُسكب دقيق الحنطة السوداء الكاملة والبارميزان والبندق المسحوق والسكر والملح والفلفل المطحون في وعاء. بالنسبة للبندق ، قمت بتقطيعه في الخلاط. إذا لم يكن المسحوق مثاليًا ، فلا شيء خطير بل إنه أفضل في الواقع ، لأنه ستكون هناك قطع صغيرة من البندق ظاهرة!
اخلطي وأضيفي الزبدة شبه المملحة.
امزج للحصول على قوام رملي.

ضعهم على ورقة خبز.
اخبزيها لمدة 20 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية.
اتركها تبرد على رف سلكي ثم قم بتخزينها في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق. إنها مثالية للمقبلات!
