كعكة الفول السوداني المقرمشة الكبيرة والمقرمشة الرائعة مع حشوة غنية بزبدة الفول السوداني. إنها ليست بسكويت، لأنها لا تحتوي على الشوكولاتة أو البيض، كما أن قوامها مختلف تماماً. هنا، إنه مقرمش ومقرمش! ولكن من المحتمل أن تتشارك كعكة الغريبة! ولكنني لا أعتقد أنني أستطيع أن أتحمل نكهة الفول السوداني القوية أكثر من ذلك، لذا فهذه وصفة لمحبي هذه الفاكهة المجففة المتحمسين!
وصفة لـ 10 قطع بسكويت الغريبة بزبدة الفول السوداني :
450 جم زبدة الفول السوداني
125 جم سكر بني اللون
165 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
170 جرام فول سوداني محمص غير مملح مطحون حتى يصبح مسحوقاً
200 جرام طحين T55
ابدأ بتحضير مغارف زبدة الفول السوداني باستخدام مغرفة الآيس كريم. وبذلك حصلت على كرات يتراوح وزنها بين 40 و45 جم. اجعلها عشرة هكذا!
باستخدام سكين، يُوزّع برفق على شكل مفلطح مثل القرص الصغير. يُجمّد لمدة 4 ساعات على الأقل، أو الأفضل طوال الليل. يجب أن تكون الأقراص صلبة.
عندما يتم تجميد الباليه جيدًا، قم بتحضير العجينة: اخلط الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح في مسحوق.
ضعي الزبدة شبه المملحة والسكر في وعاء أو في وعاء محضر الطعام. قلّب بالورق أو بأطراف أصابعك.
ثم يُضاف مسحوق الفول السوداني.
يُخلط ويُسكب الدقيق ويُخلط مرة أخرى للحصول على عجينة ناعمة.
قم بوزن كرة واحدة من العجين زنة 65 جرامًا (لـ 10 كرات) ثم قم بفرد كرة واحدة على شكل قرص قطره حوالي 12 سم. يُمكنك أيضاً استخدام شوبك صغير لفرد العجينة على ورقة من ورق الشحوم. فقط لا تضيفي أي طحين.
يوضع قرص زبدة الفول السوداني المجمد في المنتصف.
تُغلق المعجنات حولها مع الحرص على عدم ترك ثقب صغير.
افعل نفس الشيء مع كل كعكة الغريبة. اخبزها على دفعات مكونة من 5 دفعات على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق مقاوم للدهون لمدة 20 إلى 22 دقيقة على 180 درجة مئوية في فرن بمروحة.
هذه ليست بسكويت، إنها كعكة الغريبة لذا يجب أن تكون ذهبية اللون تماماً! ستكون مقرمشة كما تريد.
يُترك ليبرد قبل التقديم. تُحفظ لمدة أسبوع في صندوق محكم الإغلاق في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
Sablés croustillants fourrés au beurre de cacahuète
Commencez par préparer les boules de beurre de cacahuètes en prenant une cuillère à glace. En faisant cela, j’ai obtenu des boules de 40 à 45g. Faites-en dix de cette façon !
Avec un couteau, étalez légèrement en une forme aplatie, comme un petit palet. Mettez le tout au congélateur au moins 4 heures, ou mieux, une nuit. Les palets doivent être durs.
Quand les palets sont bien congelés, préparez la pâte : mixez les cacahuètes grillées non salées en poudre.
Mettez le beurre demi-sel et le sucre dans un récipient ou dans la cuve de votre robot. Mélangez avec la feuille ou du bout des doigts.
Ajoutez ensuite la poudre de cacahuètes.
Mélangez, versez la farine et mélangez de nouveau pour avoir une pâte homogène.
Pesez une boule de 65g de pâte (pour en 10) puis étalez une boulette en un disque de 12cm de diamètre environ. On peut tout à fait s’aider d’un petit rouleau en faisant sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé. N’ajoutez juste pas de farine.
Posez un palet congelé de beurre de cacahuète au centre.
Refermez la pâte autour en faisant attention à ne pas laisser un petit trou.
Faites de même pour tous les sablés. Faites-les cuire par 5, sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé, pendant 20 à 22 minutes à 180°C sur chaleur tournante.
Ce ne sont pas des cookies, mais bien des sablés, donc ils doivent être parfaitement dorés ! Ils seront croustillants à souhait.
Laissez tiédir pour déguster. Ils se conserveront une semaine dans une boite hermétique, à température ambiante.
