لقد قمت بالفعل بنشر وصفة حلوى البرالين (الوصفة هنا ) ، حلوى البرالين التايلاندية (الوصفة هنا ) و حلوى البرالين (الوصفة هنا )! سأذهب اليوم إلى الأبسط وأردت أن أنشر وصفتي لـ “الحصى” الصغيرة. سريع التحضير ، برائحة لذيذة تفلت من المطبخ ، ستلتهم هذه الحصى بسرعة بعد الوجبة خلال فترة الأعياد! لدي وصفتان أخريان لـ “حلوى حلوى اللوز” التي سأقوم بنشرها ، ولكن هذه الوصفة قريبة من قلبي لأنها أولاً جيدة جدًا ، ثم كما قلت ، فهي سريعة جدًا وتتيح لك التعامل بسهولة مع وظيفة السكر . والطعم مختلف تمامًا عن حلوى البرالين الكلاسيكية والمظهر أكثر خامًا. لمحاولة قريبا جدا!
وصفة حصى اللوز والقرفة:
-180 جرام من اللوز – 300 جرام سكر -1 + 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
ضعي 180 جرام (حوالي 300 جرام) من السكر وملعقة صغيرة من القرفة في مقلاة كبيرة.
لخلط معا.
أضف 30 إلى 40 جرامًا من الماء ، ما يكفي فقط لامتصاص السكر.
يوضع على نار معتدلة. سوف يغلي الخليط.
أضف اللوز.
اخلطي جيداً واطبخي حتى يغلي. امزج دائمًا بملعقة خشبية.
