لتحضير العجينة:
200 جرام دقيق أرز دبق
55 جرام سكر
130 جرام ماء مغلي
50 جرام من جوز الهند المجفف للفها
للحشوة:
45 جرام فول سوداني محمص غير مملح
45 جرام سمسم محمص
45 جرام جوز هند مجفف غير محلى
45 جرام سكر
Instructions :
اخلطي دقيق الأرز اللزج والسكر في وعاء.
اغلي 130 جم من الماء ثم اسكبيها دفعة واحدة أثناء الخلط.
بعد دقيقة يجب أن تكون قادرًا على الاختلاط باليد.
تخلط بعجن العجينة جيداً. صب ما لديك على سطح العمل.
اعجن مرة أخرى حتى تحصل على عجينة ناعمة.
اعجن بواسطة دحرجة النقانق ، ثم طيها إلى الثلثين.
احتفظ بالعجين الذي تم الحصول عليه في فيلم لمنعه من الجفاف.
للحشو. ضعي الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح في خلاط صغير لطحنه إلى مسحوق.
خذ السمسم المحمص!
اخلطي الفول السوداني والسمسم والفول السوداني والسكر وهذا كل شيء.
خذ زلابية 20 جرام.
افردها إلى فطيرة صغيرة وليست رفيعة جدًا.
تُزين بملعقة صغيرة من الحشوة.
أغلق برفق.
دحرج بلطف على شكل كرة. افعل نفس الشيء لجميع الكرات.
اغمس الزلابية في الماء البارد.
ثم لفهم في جوز الهند المجفف.
ضعها في سلة القدر البخاري كما تذهب.
قم بالطهي مع الغطاء مغلقًا (ليس كما في الصورة) لمدة 20 دقيقة على بخار قوي إلى حد ما.
