منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات ، عشت لفترة في القاهرة ، مصر. هناك الكثير من التخصصات من هناك أنوي مشاركتها معك يومًا ما. هنا هو واحد! يشبه بصريا guacamole ، لكن هذا لا علاقة له به على الإطلاق. هذه هي الفاصوليا الخضراء المطحونة مع التوابل والأعشاب ، ولكن أيضًا مع البصل المقلي وزيت الزيتون. متعة الأكل مع الخبز ، مثل الحمص أو باباجانوش . لقد بحثت عن طريقة بسيطة لتحضيرها دون قضاء ساعات في تحضيرها. هنا أستخدم البصل المقلي الجاهز الذي يمكنك العثور عليه بسهولة في السوبر ماركت. الأمر متروك لك إذا كنت تريد قليها بنفسك …
وصفة بيسارة:
– 500 جرام من الفاصوليا الخضراء (الوزن المطبوخ ، وإلا 250 جرام من الفاصوليا الخضراء الجافة للطهي)
-100 جرام زيت زيتون
-75 جرام بصل مقلي
-2 فصوص ثوم صغيرة
-3-4 أغصان من البقدونس ذو الأوراق المسطحة
-3-4 أغصان من الكزبرة
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكزبرة
-1 ملعقة صغيرة كمون مطحون
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
اطبخي الفول. يمكنك استخدام الجافة التي ستنقعها طوال الليل. سيتعين عليك بعد ذلك طهيها وفقًا لما هو مذكور على العبوة ثم إزالة قشرتها الصغيرة. خلاف ذلك نجد أيضا المجمدة مقشرة بالفعل! هذا هو الذي استخدمته وطهوه لمدة 5 دقائق من عندما استأنفوا الغليان.
صفيها ثم اشطفيها بالماء البارد. ثم اتركها تجف في ورق ماص أو منشفة نظيفة.
نضعهم في الخلاط مع الملح والبصل المقلي. يمكنك قلي شرائح البصل الطازج بنفسك ، لكن يمكنك بسهولة العثور على البصل المقلي في السوبر ماركت. سوف تذهب أسرع!
أضف الكزبرة والثوم والبقدونس.
امزج جيدًا لمدة دقيقتين على الأقل. ثم نسكب زيت الزيتون.
لا تنسوا البهارات: مسحوق الكزبرة ومسحوق الكمون.
ضربة أخيرة للخلاط والمعزوفة إنها جيدة !!
استمتع بالبصرة مع الخبز الطازج أو الخبز المسطح (نوع لبناني) الذي يمر عبر المحمصة.
