وصفة بودينج التابيوكا لأربعة أشخاص:
– 100 مل حليب نصف دسم – 400 مل من حليب جوز الهند (السائل) -1/2 قرن فانيليا -75 جرام تابيوكا -55 جرام سكر بني أو بني – نكهة الجير غير المعالج
لتحضير جيلي كوليس: – 125 جرام فراولة -40 جرام من الشحوم الأشقر – 30 مل ماء – 1 شريحة جيلاتين
هذا هو سوبر ماركت التابيوكا الموجود في فرنسا. لا علاقة للتابيوكا من البرازيل. في الواقع لا يزال الكسافا ، ولكن في شكل مختلف. نشا التابيوكا الذي أستخدمه في Pao de queijo يأتي من نفس النبات.
امزج التابيوكا مع الشقراء الأشقر.
أضف نصف كوب من الفانيليا من الداخل.
امزج قليلا لتفريق الفانيلين.
ضعي كيس الفانيليا المفرغ في الحليب مع حليب جوز الهند في قدر على نار خفيفة. جلب إلى يترك على نار خفيفة.
صب في وعاء السكر والتابيوكا والفانيليا دفعة واحدة.
امزج دون توقف. عد 6-7 دقائق من الغليان مع الاستمرار في الخلط.
سوف تحصل على الحلوى …
ابعد عن النار ، قشر الليمون الحامض.
اخلطيها مرة أخيرة واسكبيها في 4 سلطانيات.
قم بإعداد الكولي الجلدي الخاص بك: قطّع الفراولة إلى أربعة ، ضعها في قدر مع الشيرجواز.
يُمزج المزيج ويُترك ليغلي على نار خفيفة ثم يحسب 4 دقائق.
يمنحك هذا الوقت لنقع ورقة الجيلاتين في الماء البارد.
عندما تنضج الفراولة لمدة 4 دقائق ، أضيفي الماء (30 مل أو جم) ثم صفيحة الجيلاتين الطرية. اخلط جيدًا بعيدًا عن الحرارة.
اسكبي فوق البودينغ.
ضع البودينغ في الثلاجة لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل قبل تذوقها طازجة!
