Recette :
500 جرام فلفل هالابينو
300 جرام جبنة كريمية
80 جرام جبن شيدر مبشور
1/2 فلفل أحمر
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق ثوم
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحلو
ملح فلفل
دقيق صافي
1 بيضة
الحليب المخمرة
فتات الخبز (أخذت البانكو)
Instructions :
هنا القليل من فلفل الهالبينو. أتنازل عنها لك ، ليس من السهل العثور عليها. ولكن يمكنك استبدالها بالفلفل الصغير.
شق في الطول ثم قليلا في الجزء العلوي من الفلفل. تقطع على شكل حرف T. إفراغ البذور. بالفعل هؤلاء الفلفل يلدغون ، مع البذور سيكون الأمر أسوأ!
للحشوة ، اخلطي جبنة الكريمة والجبن الشيدر والملح والفلفل. لا تضيف الكثير من الفلفل إذا كان حارًا جدًا.
أفرغي نصف الفلفل الأحمر ثم قطعيه جيدًا.
نضع الحشوة ونخلط جيداً.
نضيف مسحوق الثوم والبابريكا.
املأ الهالبينو.
افعل نفس الشيء مع جميع الفلفل.
اخفقي البيض في وعاء واغمسي بهالابينو.
نقل إلى وعاء مليء بالدقيق.
ثم تغمس في الحليب المخمر.
ثم في فتات الخبز ، هنا البانكو.
قم بطي فتات الخبز برفق.
سخني مقلاة من الزيت إلى 180 درجة مئوية. ثم اقلي الفلفل. عندما تتشقق كثيرًا ، فذلك لأن الحشو يسيل كثيرًا ، فقد حان الوقت لإخراجها!
اتركها تبرد على ورق ماص.
