كنت قد اشتريت كعكات غريبة مماثلة في المغرب ووقعت في الحب على الفور. إنها مجهرية تمامًا ونريد دائمًا أن نتغذى عليها من أجل فاتح للشهية. هذه الوصفة سهلة التحضير ويمكنك إعدادها في اليوم السابق. ثم قم بتقطيع لفات من العجين ، وعشرات وعشرات من ملفات تعريف الارتباط الصغيرة التي ستبقى جيدًا في صندوق محكم الإغلاق! مثالي لفصل الصيف على مشروب …
وصفة لمئات (!!) من كعكة الغريبة المجهرية:
-1 بيضة
– 120 جرام زبدة
-5 إلى 10 جرام ملح
– 300 جرام طحين
– 90 جرام بندق مفروم
– 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
-1/4 ملعقة صغيرة سكر
-1/4 إلى 1/8 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار
-1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
-1 ملعقة صغيرة زيت
نضع الطحين والملح (5-10 جم) والزبدة مقطعة إلى قطع.
لخلط معا. في حالة تحضير العجينة في الخلاط ، استخدم حرف “K”. عليك الحصول على نوع من الرمل. أضف البيض.
امزج وأضف القليل من الماء البارد ، يكفي فقط للحصول على عجينة متجانسة.
في وعاء صغير ، اخلطي البندق والملح والسكر والفلفل الحلو ومسحوق الفلفل الحار (أكثر أو أقل حسب الطعم!) والزيت.
افردي العجينة على سطح عمل مرشوش بالقليل من الدقيق. فقط انشر القاعدة لأننا سننتشر لاحقًا. نقطع قاع العجينة على شكل خط مستقيم ونرشها بالبندق الحار.
لف قاعدة العجين فوق البندق.
ثم تقطع على طول السجق.
ثم نحصل على مخزون جديد لإعادة رشه بالبندق.
في المجموع ، نحصل على العديد من النقانق. اتركيه للراحة في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة أو حتى طوال الليل في فيلم مطاطي.
يُسخن الفرن إلى 180 درجة مئوية ويُقطع النقانق جيدًا.
ضعه في الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة (عند 180 درجة مئوية!) أثناء المشاهدة. يجب أن يكون كعكة الغريبة ذهبية.

يتم الاحتفاظ بها بشكل مثالي في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق!
