لقد قدمت لك بالفعل العديد من وصفات ملفات تعريف الارتباط على مدونتي. كلاسيكيات دقيق الشوفان هنا ، زبدة الفول السوداني الموجودة هناك ، و Laura Todd المستنسخة هناك وملفات تعريف الارتباط الألترا لين من هنا . لكن ملفات تعريف الارتباط المصنوعة بالكامل من الشوكولاتة كانت مفقودة! لذلك أقدم لكم وصفتي بـ “قطع” الحليب والشوكولاتة الداكنة ومسحوق الشوكولاتة والمذابة في العجين! أحذرك على الفور ، من الخطر طهيها لأنك ستريد حتمًا أن تقضمها عندما يخرجون من الفرن! لن أتوقف عند هذا الحد مع وصفات ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بي ، لأنني اكتشفت بعض الوصفات الجديدة وأعتزم تمريرها إلى طريقة الاستنساخ الخاصة بي!
لهذه الوصفة ، أنت حر في إضافة الزبدة أو Crisco كما هو الحال غالبًا في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. لماذا وضعته في وصفتي؟ بكل بساطة لأنني تركت صندوقًا في المنزل! لقد عرفت منذ وقت طويل أنني أحب الزبدة! لكن في بعض الأحيان أحب أن أجرب وكان ذلك مع استنساخ لورا تود لملفات تعريف الارتباط أعادت اكتشاف استخدام Crisco لملفات تعريف الارتباط. لكن مرة أخرى ، لا يوجد أي التزام هنا ويمكنك وضع الزبدة تمامًا وستكون أفضل فقط ، لأنني هنا لا أستنسخ أي وصفة معينة.
وصفة لـ 36 شمعة uuuhhh … بسكويت:
-480 جرام طحين – 60 جرام مسحوق كاكاو -1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح -1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز -230 جرام سكر ناعم -200 جرام شجر أشقر – 270 جرامًا من الزبدة أو الكريسكو (يمكنك العثور عليها هنا على الإنترنت!) -2 بيض – 120 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة ذائبة – 200 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة مقطعة -170 جرام من شوكولاتة الحليب مقطعة إلى قطع
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. ضعي السكر ، الفانيليا السائلة والزبدة أو الكريسكو في وعاء.
امزج مع الورقة (‘k’ من Kitchenaid أو Kenwood) أو بملعقة خشبية. الأمر ليس صعبًا لأن الكريسكو ناعم جدًا!
أضف البيض.
ثم الشوكولاتة المذابة (لكن ليست ساخنة!).
تخلط جيدا للحصول على كريم متجانس.
في وعاء آخر ، يُمزج الطحين والملح وصودا الخبز ومسحوق الكاكاو.
يضاف خليط البودرة إلى الكريمة ويخلط جيداً.
بالنسبة للشوكولاتة ، تناولت هذه المرة حليب نستله وأقراص داكنة.
قطع كل قطعة إلى نصفين باستخدام سكين.
تضاف هذه “القطع” إلى العجين.
خلط جيد.
استخرج الكمية المناسبة من الخليط باستخدام مغرفة الآيس كريم.
عن طريق كشط قاع البئر للحصول على نفس الكمية دائمًا.
ضع ملفات تعريف الارتباط على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة ، تباعد كافي.
العجين جميل اليس كذلك ؟؟
تُسطح قليلاً براحة يدك ثم توضع في الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 10 دقائق.
دع ملفات تعريف الارتباط ترتاح لمدة 15 دقيقة قبل إزالتها من الورق.
رائحته جميلة!! اتركيه ليبرد على رف سلكي قبل تناوله دافئًا!
إذا لم يتم تناولها خلال النهار (!!) ، فيجب حفظها في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق.
