لقد صنعت هذه الوصفة قليلاً من هذا القبيل ، مع الخضار من السوق واتضح أنها لذيذة ومقدرة للغاية من قبل ضيوفي! لدينا انطباع عن النضارة بالليمون ، فالخضروات مطبوخة بشكل صحيح. البيستو اللذيذ محلي الصنع مع الكزبرة والفول السوداني والسبانخ والليمون يضفي لمسة أصلية للغاية. لا تتردد في وضع الخضار التي تحبها أكثر!
Pâtes« PRIMAVERA » AU PESTO FRAIS ET CITRON VERT, LÉGUMES VERTS Pour 4 à 6 personnes :
دزينة من الهليون الأخضر
200 جرام بازلاء طازجة أو مجمدة
2 حبة كوسة (كنت أستخدم كوسة بيضاء)
500 جرام عجين
200 غ من السبانخ والليمون والكزبرة وبيستو الفول السوداني (الوصفة هنا )
نكهة الليمون
جبنة البارميزان
زيت الزيتون
ملح فلفل
Instructions :
اغسل الهليون الأخضر. اقطع القاعدة حسب الحاجة إذا كانت ناعمة أو تالفة.
قطعها إلى قطع.
نضعها في مقلاة كبيرة مع ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الزيتون. يسخن على نار عالية.
ضع غطاء واطبخ لمدة 5-7 دقائق مع رجّه من حين لآخر. ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
اغسل الكوسة وقص النهايات.
نقطعها من المنتصف بالطول ثم إلى شرائح.
اطهيهم على البخار لمدة 6 دقائق. أوقف الطهي عن طريق تشغيلها تحت الماء البارد.
اطهي البازلاء لمدة 6 دقائق في ماء مغلي. صفيها واشطفها بالماء البارد ثم صفيها مرة أخرى.
اجمع كل الخضروات معًا.
عندما تكون جاهزًا لتناول الطعام ، اطبخ الباستا كما هو موضح على العبوة. صفيهم وأضيفي البيستو.
اخلط جيدا.
اسكب الخضار.
أضف نكهة الليمون الحامض.
ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك. أضف ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الزيتون.
قدميها على الفور مع القليل من نشارة البارميزان.
