40 جرام سكر
75 جرام فول سوداني محمص للتقديم
ها هي أوراق الباندانوس. ستجدها طازجة في محلات السوبر ماركت الآسيوية أو على الإنترنت!
لعمل مستخلص الأوراق ، ضعي 6 أوراق مقطعة بالمقص في خلاط صغير مع 225 مل من الماء.
امزج لبضع ثوان.
ثم تمر من خلال منخل جيد. اعصر الأوراق جيدًا لاستخراج أكبر قدر ممكن من النكهة.
وها أنت ذا !!
لعمل الصلصة ، ضعي نشا التابيوكا (أو دقيق الأرز) مع السكر في قدر صغيرة.
أضف عصير الباندان وحليب جوز الهند.
تخلط جيدا ثم تغلي على نار خفيفة.
اتركيها تغلي لمدة 30 ثانية ، وتنتهي الصلصة.
لعمل خليط البان كيك ، اسكب عصير الباندانوس في وعاء.
