نتساءل أحيانًا ماذا نفعل بقصاصات عجين الفطير. ما عليك سوى إعادة وضعها فوق بعضها البعض ، دون وضع 5 طبقات أيضًا. بهذه الطريقة ، يتم حفظ ترقيم الأوراق.
افردها على شكل مستطيل. قم بقص الحواف حسب الحاجة للحصول على أفضل شكل مستطيل ممكن. بلل السطح بالماء برفق ثم أزل الفائض بمنشفة ورقية. بهذه الطريقة تصبح العجينة لزجة. يرش السكر البني.
افعل الشي ذاته على الجانب الآخر. قم بلف النصف الأول باتجاه المنتصف ، ثم النصف الثاني بنفس الطريقة ، مع إحكام الشد جيدًا.
ملحوظة: يُرى في الصورة أن اللف يكشف أن الجانب الآخر لم يتم تحليته. لقد كانت محاولة وأفضل مع السكر على كلا الجانبين! إذا كنت تريد راحة يد أكبر ، فلفها بالطول باتجاه المركز ، وللأشجار الأصغر ، بالعرض باتجاه المركز (كما في الصورة).
وهذه هي النتيجة. اتركيه للراحة لمدة 20 دقيقة في الثلاجة أو حتى في الفريزر.
ثم قطع شرائح 8 مم.
ضعي الشرائح على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. اترك مسافة كبيرة بين كل منهما لأن أشجار النخيل ستنمو كثيرًا.
اخبز في درجة حرارة 210 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 دقيقة (قم بتكييف الخبز مع فرنك وحجم أشجار النخيل ، وانتبه جيدًا!).
قم بتخزين النخيل في وعاء محكم الغلق. هم إلهي مع الآيس كريم!
