“Hobnobs” هي ملفات تعريف الارتباط الشوفان الإنجليزية اللذيذة. يعود تاريخها فقط إلى عام 1984 ويتم تصنيعها بواسطة Mc Vities. إنه نوع من “الجهاز الهضمي”. هذه الوصفة شبيهة جدًا بهذه الكعك ولكنها في النهاية أفضل بكثير !!! لمحبي الشوفان !!
وصفة لـ “hobnobs” لحوالي 18 ملف تعريف ارتباط:
– 50 جرام طحين
– 50 جرام طحين كامل
– 120 جرام شوفان
-130 جرام زبدة مملحة
– 50 جرام سكر بني
-30 جرام من الشحوم الأشقر
-1 ملعقة مستوى ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الخبز
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية. ابدأ بطحن الشوفان إلى مسحوق خشن جدًا. كل ما عليك فعله هو تمريرها لبضع ثوان في الخلاط.
ضع كل المكونات الجافة في وعاء. دقيق أبيض ودقيق حبوب كاملة ، مسحوق دقيق الشوفان ، سكر بني وسكر بني ، باكينج باودر وبيكربونات صودا.
خلط جيد.
تحضير الزبدة المخففة. أضعه في الميكروويف لبضع ثوان.
أضفه إلى الخليط الجاف. نخلط جيدا ونصنع كرة بالعجين.
ضع هذه الكرة على ورق زبدة ، واسحقها براحة يدك. ضعي قطعة ثانية من ورق الزبدة على العجينة ولفيها بسمك 5 ملم. باستخدام هذه الطريقة المكونة من ورقتين ، يظل كل شيء نظيفًا ، بما في ذلك الشوبك!
قطع دوائر من العجين 6 سم. أستخدم خاتمًا من الفوم بهذا الحجم ولكن أي شيء سيفي بالغرض ، حتى لو كان كوبًا بسيطًا!
رتبي الكعك على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة. مع باقي العجينة ، نعيدها إلى كرة ثم نبدأ في لفها مرة أخرى ، حتى نهاية العجين!
اخبز في درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 دقيقة تقريبًا أثناء مشاهدة الطهي. يجب أن تكون الكعك ذهبية. مع الفرن الذي يسخن بشدة ، يجب أن أطبخهم لمدة 25 دقيقة تقريبًا ولكن كل هذا يتوقف على الطاقة ، حتى لو كانت 180 درجة مئوية يجب أن تكون نفس درجة الحرارة في جميع الأفران !! أخرجيها من الفرن واتركيها تبرد على رف سلكي.
سوف يكتسبون كل هشاشتهم بهذه الطريقة! إذا لم يتم التهامها على الفور (فقط انتظر حتى تبرد !!) ضعها في صندوق محكم الإغلاق (القفل والقفل يجعل الصناديق مثالية لذلك!).
