أقدم لكم وصفة ثانية بالشراكة مع Boursin® الثوم والأعشاب الناعمة. بعد الريستو ( الوصفة هنا ) ، هذه المرة قمت بتحضير دجاج مقلي وفطر وسلق وطماطم مجففة بالشمس في كريمة وصلصة بورسين. إنها متعة حقيقية وستقدم مع أرز أبيض بسيط.
Recette pour 4 personnes :
زيت الزيتون
1/2 بصلة حمراء
1 ساق من السلق
250 جرام من الفطر (فطر شيتاكي على سبيل المثال)
2 فصوص من الثوم
6 أفخاذ دجاج
80 جرام طماطم مجففة في زيت الزيتون
250 مل كامل الدسم
150 جرام ثوم بورسين وأعشاب ناعمة
ملح فلفل
Instructions :
ها هي الخضار التي سنستخدمها! ستكون القدم الجميلة من السلق السويسري مثالية!
قص حافة قدم السلق.
قطع الساق إلى قطع صغيرة إلى حد ما على الجزء الأبيض ، ثم قطع أكبر على الجزء الأخضر.
قشر نصف بصلة وقطّعها إلى شرائح رفيعة. اقطع الفطر أيضًا.
للدجاج. قم بإزالة الجلد.
انزع العظم المركزي بسكين.
تحقق من عدم وجود الغضروف. قطع كل فخذ إلى النصف. نضع في مقلاة ساخنة جدا بزيت الزيتون.
