أردت حقًا أن أقدم لكم وصفة معكرون بحشو منمق. اقتربت قدر الإمكان مما يفعله Ladurée في هذه المنطقة ، أي زبدة متجددة الهواء مع المرينغ الإيطالي. النتيجة مفاجئة ولذيذة تمامًا! نظرًا لأن الأيام المشمسة على الأبواب ، فهذه فرصة لتجربة معكرون الياسمين ، والتي يمكنك تكييفها مع الورد أو أي نكهة زهرية أخرى.

اخلطي 35 جم من صفار البيض و 20 جم من السكر. خفقت قدر الإمكان.
يُسكب الحليب الساخن فوق مزيج الصفار / السكر. ضعيها على نار هادئة واطبخي مثل الكاسترد ، أي بدون غليان. يمكنك التحقق من ذلك عن طريق الطهي حتى 85 درجة مئوية أثناء الخلط.
أخفق الكريمة باستمرار أثناء طهيها لجعلها جيدة التهوية ودسمة.
تصب في الوعاء المزود بالمضرب.
اخفق بسرعة متوسطة حتى يصبح الكريم في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
ثم يأخذ الكريم تناسقًا رائعًا ورغويًا.

خفقت بسرعة عالية. في البداية قد يبدو الأمر مضحكًا ، لكن لا تقلق !! سيعود هذا بسرعة بالترتيب ويجب أن تحصل على كريم متجانس.
يُضاف المرينغ الإيطالي المُبرّد المُعد مسبقًا.
تخلط بلطف أثناء الرفع ، مثل موس الشوكولاتة.
ضع في الجيب بفوهة 10 مم ثم املأ الأصداف قبل لصقها اثنين في اثنين.
