إليكم حلوى الماكرون بالشوكولاتة البيضاء والتوت ، مع لمسة من إبرة الراعي لمن يرغبون. وصفة صنعتها قليلا بالصدفة! لكن أولئك الذين تذوقوها أرادوا الوصفة ، لذلك أنا أعطيها لكم! معكرون طازج معطر ، بقشرة صغيرة مقرمشة وداخلية ناعمة بشكل رهيب.
وصفة حلوى الماكرون “Les Reines”:
– وصفة للماكرون الأساسي + تلوين الكشمش الوردي أو الأحمر (قليلاً!) توت العليق والورد وغاناش الشوكولاتة البيضاء: -220 جرام من العاج فالرونا -220 جرام من توت العليق الطازج أو المجمد – 40 جرام زبدة كاكاو -3 رشات من بلورات زيت إبرة الراعي العطري – 40 جرام سكر مقلوب (أو عسل أبيض كريمي) – 40 جم كريمة خفق -2 صفائح من الجيلاتين
اصنع المعكرون (الوصفة هنا ) بلمسة خفيفة من مسحوق التلوين الأحمر ، للحصول على معكرون وردي.
اخبزيها لمدة 15-16 دقيقة عند 140 درجة مئوية.
ضعي التوت (الطازج أو المجمد) ، زبدة الكاكاو ، السكر المحول (أو العسل الأبيض الكريمي) في قدر.
طبخ حتى الغليان.
أضف الجيلاتين المنقوع والمصفى.
صب السائل المغلي ، بدون مرشح (نترك النقاط) على الغطاء العاجي.
أضف الكريمة.
يترك ليبرد حتى غلظ القشرة ثم زينيها بالحلقة مرتين في الثانية.
