هذه كعكة برازيلية نموذجية ، حتى لو وجدنا الكعك الملفوف في جميع أنحاء العالم. هذا يأتي من الشمال الشرقي للبرازيل وهو محشو بـ goiabada. ماذا ؟؟ إنه معجون جوافة يمكن العثور عليه بسهولة في باريس في المتاجر البرازيلية أو على الإنترنت. هذه الكعكة لذيذة بفضل هذا الخليط الذي يسبب الإدمان! يمكنك أيضًا العثور على هذه الكعكة وصنعها باستخدام “dulce de leche” من الأرجنتين.

وصفة الروكامبول:
-3 بيضات
– 200 جرام سكر
-200 جرام دقيق
– 200 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
-200 جرام من “goiabada”
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
افصل اللون الأصفر عن البيض. أضف الصفار مع السكر.
سلق قدر الإمكان بمضرب.
لإذابة الزبدة.
أضفه إلى خليط الصفار والسكر.
أضف الدقيق مرة واحدة.
ويقلب بقوة.
يخفق بياض البيض في وعاء آخر.
يضاف بياض البيض ويخلط مع الرفع مثل الموس.
على ورقة مقاس 30 × 40 سم ، اسكب جزءًا من العجين (نصف).
ثم انشرها بشكل رقيق ومتساوي باستخدام ملعقة بزاوية أو أي شيء لديك في متناول اليد …!
ثم ضع الورقة على طبق من نفس الحجم بحافة مسطحة.
يُطهى على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 8 دقائق. يجب ألا تتلون العجينة ولكن تظل مطبوخة! لأنه إذا تلطخ ، فسوف ينكسر عند دحرجته.
تقليم العجين حول الحواف لجعلها مستقيمة تماما في كل مكان.
ها هو goiabada: لقد اشتريت هذا في ميناس جيرايس (انظر رحلة الطهي هنا! ). يمكن العثور عليها في المتاجر البرازيلية في باريس أو على الإنترنت.
ضعي في الميكروويف مع ملعقتين كبيرتين من الماء (أو في حمام مائي) لجعله طريًا ومرنًا.
