5 جرام ملح
3 جرام فانيليا سائلة
100 جرام سكر ناعم
125 جرام شجيرة أشقر
45 جرام بيضة
235 جرام طحين
1/16 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
190 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة بيضاء
100 جرام جوز البقان أو المكاديميا
في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء ، ضعي الزبدة والملح والفانيليا والسكر والشعر الأشقر.
امزج حتى تحصل على نوع من الكريمة. ثم نضيف 45 جم من البيض. للقيام بذلك ، اخفق بيضة في عجة ووزن الكمية اللازمة.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الدقيق والبيكنج باودر. بالنسبة للخميرة ، لقد رأيت أنني أضع 1/16 ملعقة صغيرة. كيف أفعل؟ لدي ملاعق قياس في المنزل تصل إلى 1/8. أنا فقط أضع النصف! بهذه البساطة. لكن بخلاف ذلك يمكنك وضع نقطة سكين جيدة.

دع ملفات تعريف الارتباط النيئة تجلس في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة على الأقل.
ثم قم بطهيها لمدة 15-16 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية. لا ينبغي الإفراط في طهيها في الوسط.
بالنسبة للبقان ، نضعها في الخليط.
اخلط جيدا.
هنا قمت بلف العجين في نقانق بقطر 7-8 سم وضعت في فيلم مطاطي.
اتركي العجينة لترتاح لمدة ساعة أو ساعتين في الثلاجة. ثم قطع شرائح بسماكة 1 سم. يجب أن يكون حجم ملفات تعريف الارتباط 100 جرام تقريبًا.
يُطهى أيضًا لمدة 16 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية. المركز غير مطبوخ أكثر!
استمتع بها وهي لا تزال دافئة أو باردة. ستكون لذيذة لمدة 3 أو 4 أيام مخزنة في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق.
