من المضحك كيف تتغير الأذواق بمرور الوقت. لم أكن معجبًا بكعكات الفاكهة المسكرة منذ عامين أو ثلاثة أعوام. وفجأة أصبت بالجنون! اذهب واكتشف لماذا! أعطيك وصفتي سهلة للغاية. سيكون من الضروري ببساطة وضعها في اليوم السابق لغمس الفاكهة المسكرة في الروم. المرحلة مع العطور اللذيذة. أما بالنسبة لكعكة الباوند النهائي (الوصفة هنا ) ، فأنا لا أخفق السكر بالبيض ، ولا الزبدة بالسكر ، أو أي شيء على الإطلاق! خليط سريع وأخيراً القليل من الخميرة. الكعكة منتفخة بشكل جيد! وننسى تلك القصص من الطحين حول الثمرة لمنعها من السقوط في قعر العجين. الشيء المهم هنا هو ببساطة تناسق العجين. إذا كانت جيدة ، فسيتم توزيع الثمار جيدًا! يتم الطهي في فرن منخفض لفترة طويلة والراحة طوال الليل ضرورية للحصول على كعكة مقطوعة بشكل مثالي.

انقع الفاكهة (الزبيب والفاكهة المسكرة والكرز) في اليوم السابق بكمية كافية من شراب العنبر.
في اليوم التالي نقعوا في الروم وخاصة الزبيب.
في وعاء ، ضعي الزبدة شبه المملحة والسكر وقليل من مسحوق الفانيليا
يخلط جيدا ويضاف البيض. زنهم ، لا تحسب ما في الصورة !! لأنني استخدمت قالبًا أكبر وكميات أكبر !! إنه بالفعل 195 جرام بيضة في النهاية لقالب الكيك المستخدم.

تصب في صينية الخبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة.
اخبز لمدة ساعة و 10 على حرارة 155 درجة مئوية ثم 25 دقيقة عند 145 درجة مئوية بالبخار إذا سمح فرنك بذلك. خلافًا لذلك ، ضع طبقًا في قاع الفرن لمدة 25 دقيقة الأخيرة واسكب الماء المغلي فوقه.
