تميل العجينة إلى الرغبة في التكسير ، لكن هذا لا يهم لأنك في النهاية لا تصنع كوجن أمان حقيقي.
ادهن قالب 24 سم بالزبدة ثم أضف نصف أرباع التفاح. كان علي أن أضع ما مجموعه 4 تفاحات. يمكنك وضع ما تريد ، وسوف يطبخون تحت العجين على أي حال.
افردي العجينة للمرة الأخيرة بأبعاد القالب وضعيها على التفاح.
تُخبز على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية حتى تصبح العجينة ذهبية اللون ومكرملة (40 دقيقة).
