وصفة كعكات الشوكولاتة (لـ 6 كعكات كبيرة):
-225 جم طحين نوع 55
-110 جرام زبدة غير مملحة – 75 جرام سكر + القليل لتغطية السكونز قبل الخبز
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من البيكينغ باودر
-2 رشة ملح جيدة
-110 جرام عصير برتقال
– 125 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة
ضعي الدقيق والزبدة الباردة مقطعة إلى قطع والملح والسكر والبيكنج باودر في وعاء.
تخلط جيدا للحصول على خليط رملي. يصبح الأمر أسهل مع حرف “K” الخاص بـ كيتشينيد أو كينوود.
أضف عصير البرتقال مرة واحدة.
ثم امزج فقط للتجانس دون الإصرار.
أضف رقائق الشوكولاتة.
تخلط جيدا مرة أخرى. انه جاهز!
اصنع كرة من العجين ثم افردها إلى قرص سميك من 18 إلى 20 سم. برد لمدة ساعة للسماح بتقطيع العجين وتقسيمه شرائح.
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
افصلي الشرائح وضعيها على ورق برشمان. يرش السكونز بالسكر.
طهي لمدة 25 إلى 30 دقيقة ، ومشاهدة. يجب أن يكون الكعكات ذهبية اللون البني!
استمتع به ساخناً مع الشاي أو القهوة أو الشوكولاتة الساخنة تحت لحاف كبير!
