Últimamente no he tenido mucho tiempo para cocinar, pero como quiero publicar nuevas recetas, he aprovechado para elaborar algunas recetas que funcionan rápido y bien. Después de los crujientes de almendra y café y los bizcochos de jengibre, me gustaría ofrecerles mi receta de bollos de chocolate. Me gustan mucho estos enormes scones (que no son auténticos scones ingleses) que se encuentran en los Estados Unidos. En tres minutos la receta estará lista para un resultado crujiente y delicioso. El interés de la receta proviene de un ingrediente particular… Con la vuelta del frío, ¡es hora de tranquilizarse con cosas que huelen a chocolate horneado! Ahora tengo un poco más de tiempo, así que pronto os ofreceré recetas más elaboradas. ¡Permanezca atento a mi blog de cocina!
En esta receta, no uso nata ni leche fermentada, ¡sino zumo de naranja! Esto dará a los bollos un bonito color y añadirá un delicioso sabor al chocolate. Por supuesto, ¡todavía hay una buena cantidad de mantequilla!
Receta de bollos de chocolate (para 6 bollos grandes):
-225g de harina tipo 55
-110g de mantequilla blanda -75g de azúcar + un poco para cubrir los bollos antes de hornearlos
-1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
-2 buenas pizcas de sal
-110g de zumo de naranja
-125g de chips de chocolate
Poner en un bol la harina, la mantequilla fría cortada en trozos, la sal, el azúcar y la levadura en polvo.
Mezclar bien para obtener una mezcla arenosa. Es más fácil con la «K» de kitchenaid o kenwood.
Añadir el zumo de naranja de una vez.
Luego mezclar sólo para homogeneizar sin insistir.
Añade los trozos de chocolate.
Mezclar bien de nuevo. ¡Está listo!
Hacer una bola de masa y luego aplanarla en un disco grueso de 18-20 cm. Enfriar durante 1 hora para que la masa se pueda cortar y separar en rodajas .
Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
Separar las rebanadas y colocarlas en papel de horno. Espolvorear los bollos con azúcar.
Hornear de 25 a 30 minutos, vigilando. Los bollos deben estar dorados.
Disfrútalo calentito con té, café o chocolate caliente bajo un grueso edredón.
