اطهي الكينوا لمدة 15 دقيقة في ماء مغلي مملح ، ثم صفيها جيدًا.

نجمع الدجاج ونضعه في المقلاة. اخلط جيدا. مرر الجوز عبر المفرمة وضع النتيجة التي تم الحصول عليها في المقلاة.
اطبخي الفاصوليا أو Edamade على البخار لمدة 10 دقائق.
عندما ينضج الدجاج جيدًا ، أضيفي الكستناء المقطعة إلى قطع والإدامامي (أو الفول) المطبوخ. ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
ابشر بعض الزنجبيل الطازج.
أضف إدمسك المطبوخ.
الكينوا.
اخلط جيدا.
نقطع الكزبرة ناعماً ونضيفها إلى الحشوة.
يقشر الثوم المحمص ويوضع اللحم في قدر. اهرسيها بشوكة وأضيفي الماسكاربوني. تسخين فقط لتسييل الماسكاربوني.
ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك. اجلس جانبا.
عندما ينضج القرع ، املأه بالحشوة الساخنة ، ورشه بحبوب السمسم المحمص والثوم المعمر المفروم ناعماً. قدميه على الفور مع الماسكاربوني وكريم الثوم المحمص. إذا كان قشر القرع رقيقًا وعضويًا ، فلا تتردد في تناوله!
