إنه انهيار موسمي جميل! أنا أحب قرع الجوز وأعطيت فكرة رائعة عن تتبيلة لذيذة مع الجوز. أقوم بإضافة القليل من الجبن الأزرق هنا لموازنة الجانب الحلو من الاسكواش. إنها متعة حقيقية. إنه مقرمش ولذيذ. وخاصة ليست جافة على الإطلاق. يمكن للمرء أن يصدقها مع الصورة ، ولكن على العكس من ذلك! مثالي مع سلطة بسيطة أو مع اللحم.
وصفة تكفي من 4 إلى 6 أشخاص:
2 حبة متوسطة الحجم من الجوز العضوي
3-4 فصوص ثوم مقشرة ومقطعة شرائح رقيقة
125 جرام جبن أزرق (أو روكفور أو سانت أجور)
125 جرام جوز
3 ملاعق كبيرة قشدة كاملة
زيت الزيتون
ملح فلفل
لتحضير عجين الفتات:
85 جرام جوز
بضع أوراق إكليل الجبل
145 جرام طحين
10 جرام سكر
160 جرام فتات الخبز
55 جرام جبن بارميزان
140 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة في درجة حرارة الغرفة

ابدأ بتنظيف القرع جيدًا. لقد أخذت منها عضويًا حتى لا أضطر إلى تقشيرها.
اقطعهم إلى نصفين.
انزع البذور ثم قطّعها إلى قطع.
افعل نفس الشيء بالنسبة للاسكواش الثاني. ضع كل القطع في طبق جراتان. ملح ، فلفل ، نضع شرائح الثوم ، نسكب بسخاء بزيت الزيتون.
تخبز لمدة 40 دقيقة على 210 درجة مئوية في فرن جيد التهوية.
اتركيه ليبرد ثم أضيفي الجوز المفروم.
الجبن (أخذت القديس أغور) ورش القليل من الكريمة. الفلفل حسب ذوقك.
لتحضير عجينة الفتات: اخلطي أوراق إكليل الجبل والجوز.
تصب في وعاء.
أضف باقي المكونات.
الفلفل ليس سيئا!
امزج بأطراف أصابعك حتى تحصل على عجينة متجانسة تتفتت عند الضغط عليها.
