ثم بعد الخلط ، باقي الحليب. من خلال المضي في هذا الطريق ، نتجنب تمامًا الكتل! في الواقع نحصل على نوع من عجينة الفطائر.
ضعي حوالي ثلث 50 جرامًا من الزبدة المملحة في طبق خزفي.
ووزعيه بمنشفة ورقية أو باليد!
صب الخليط في الطبق. ارتفاع العجين المطبوخ هو نفسه ارتفاع العجين المصبوب. يستغرق أقل من سنتيمترين! في هذه المرحلة ، يمكنك إضافة القراصيا أو الزبيب المنقوع في الروم إلى الطبق!
