إليكم وصفة الجازباتشو ، حساء الخضار البارد الرائع. توجد الطماطم بشكل رئيسي. أقدم لكم نسخة بسيطة ، تتكون فقط من الخضار (باستثناء الخل وزيت الزيتون). عليك أن تفعل ذلك مقدمًا قليلاً لتتمكن من تركه يبرد يكفي في الثلاجة. لذيذ في أيام الصيف الحارة!

وصفة طماطم جازباتشو:
-1 كجم من الطماطم الناضجة جدًا – 1 خيار -2 فلفل أحمر -2 فصوص من الثوم -1/2 بصل أبيض – 5 سنتيلتر من خل شيري – 10 سنتيلتر زيت زيتون– ملح ، فلفل -1 ملعقة كبيرة من مركزات الطماطم المزدوجة (اختيارية لمزيد من مذاق الطماطم!)
إليك جميع مكونات الوصفة التي أقترحها عليك:
ابدأ بتقشير الفلفل الأحمر. مع مضيف جيد ، هذه ليست مشكلة!
قم بإزالة الجزء الأبيض من الداخل وتخلص من النقاط.
قشر الخيار.
تقطع من المنتصف بالطول ثم انزع الجزء الأوسط بملعقة.
يقشر البصل ويقطع إلى نصفين. أضع نصف بصلة فقط ، وإلا فإن الجازباتشو قوي جدًا.
اغمر الطماطم في الماء المغلي لمدة 20 ثانية ، مع الحرص على شقها من الأعلى.
قم بإزالة الجلد.
قم أيضًا بإزالة الجزء الذي كان يوجد فيه الفرع. ثم تخلص من البذور بعصر الطماطم.
قشر الثوم.
ضعي كل الخضار في الخلاط.
يضاف الخل والملح والفلفل.
