اخلطي الزبدة والسكريات معًا حتى تصبح ناعمة.
في وعاء آخر ، اخلطي الدقيق والكاكاو غير المحلى وصودا الخبز.
نخل مسحوق الكاكاو.
يُسكب هذا المسحوق فوق الكريم الذي تم الحصول عليه مسبقًا.

ثم تقطع شرائح (1 سم). أصعب شيء هو تقطيع العجين جيدا دون كسر. إذا أصيبت الشريحة وكسرت القطع الغريبة ، اقطعها معًا مرة أخرى. عند الطهي ، سيتم حل المشكلة!
ضع 12 كعكة من بسكويت الغريبة في كل ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة.
يوضع في الفرن ويطهى لمدة 14 دقيقة على 180 درجة مئوية.
افعل نفس الشيء للدفعة الثانية واتركها تبرد على رف الخبز قبل تخزينها في صندوق محكم الإغلاق.
