لذا فأنا أوافق على ذلك عن طيب خاطر ، فإن التقاط صورة لطبق يحتوي على صلصة ليس بالأمر السهل. لكن صدقني ، هذه الوصفة البسيطة لذيذة للغاية. أتوقع القليل من طماطم الكرز ، لكن كل مزارعي البستانيين في السوق من حولي لديهم بعض ما يأتي من فرنسا (يزرع في البيوت الزجاجية بالطبع). لقد استخدمت الصلصة التي أعطيك إياها هنا ، في لفائف سلطة سيزر هنا للاختبار تمامًا !! نظرًا لأنه سيكون هناك الكثير جدًا ، ضعه في الثلاجة لتتبيل السلطات الأخرى …
سلطة لـ 6 أشخاص:
صلصة سيزر منزلية الصنع (سيكون هناك الكثير! لكنها ستحتفظ بها لمدة 3 أيام في الثلاجة)
1 بيضة
250 جرام زيت
2 فصوص من الثوم
3 ملاعق صغيرة من كريم الأنشوجة (30 جم)
3 ملاعق كبيرة عصير ليمون
80 جرام جبن بارميزان مبشور طازج
60 جرام كريمة كاملة
الفلفل الطازج المطحون
سلطة :
500 جرام معجون رصاص (أو معجون آخر)
250 غ من لحم الخنزير ، مقطّع إلى شرائح سميكة جداً ثمّ إلى مكعبات
125 جرام لحم مقدد مشوي
500 جرام طماطم كرزية
3 بيضات مسلوقة
دزينة من المخللات
2 محامين
ملح فلفل
لهذه الوصفة ، ستحتاجين إلى كريم الأنشوجة. يمكنك بالطبع أن تأخذ الأنشوجة التي تضعها مباشرة في الصلصة.
في وعاء طويل ضيق ، اسكب البيضة الكاملة ، فصوص الثوم ، عصير الليمون وكريمة الأنشوجة.
صب الزيت. أزن الحاوية مباشرة على الميزان لإضافة 250 جرام من الزيت.
باستخدام خلاط الغمر ، ابدأ في الاستحلاب من الأسفل لطحن فصوص الثوم وكريمة الأنشوجة ثم اصعد ببطء حتى تأخذ الصلصة جيدًا.
في ثوان ، الصلصة جاهزة! صبها في وعاء.
أضيفي البارميزان المبشور والفلفل الأسود.
اخلط جيدا. إنه جاهز تقريبًا.
يُسكب الكريم الكامل ويُمزج مرة أخيرة.
الصلصة جاهزة! تذوقه ، إنه لذيذ حقًا!
قم بطهي المعكرونة حسب التوجيهات المدونة على العبوة. يُصفّى ويُشطف ليبرد تمامًا. ضعهم في وعاء كبير. أضف 4 ملاعق كبيرة من صلصة السيزر.
نقطع لحم الخنزير إلى مكعبات ونصبها في الوعاء.
أضف قطع لحم الخنزير المقدد.
قطع البيض المسلوق إلى قطع.
ضعي الطماطم الكرزية مقطعة إلى نصفين (مغسولة).
مخللات مقطعة إلى شرائح.
قشر وقطّع الأفوكادو إلى قطع.
امزج مرة أخيرة. انه جاهز ! برد السلطة حتى تصبح جاهزة للتقديم.
