عندما لا يكون لدي وقت للطهي قبل فصل الطهي (إنه الارتفاع !!) ، أحيانًا أشتري لنفسي سلطة صغيرة ، وصفتها التي أعطيك إياها هنا. مزيج من الشمندر والتوت البري والحمص وسلطة الكينوا مثالي تمامًا! كل شيء يعطي شيئًا حلوًا ومالحًا أستمتع به في كل مرة. أخبرت نفسي أنه بدلاً من شرائه ، كنت سأصنعه بنفس المكونات التي يتكون منها. يباع مع الحمص تحته. لذلك عليك أن تأكل القليل من كل شيء في نفس الوقت وهذا ما يجعل هذا الطبق مدمنًا تمامًا!
وصفة تكفي من 6 إلى 8 أشخاص:
حمص الشمندر والتوت البري:
550 جرام حمص مصفى
150 جرام بنجر مطبوخ
55 جرام ماء
70 جرام طحينة
2 فص ثوم صغير أو 1 فص ثوم كبير
55 جرام توت بري مجفف
30 جرام زيت زيتون
10 جرام خل بلسمي
ملح فلفل
سلطة الكينوا:
500 جرام من الكينوا (تناولت مزيجًا من عدة أنواع من الكينوا)
110 جرام بذور اليقطين
150 جرام توت بري مجفف
170 جرام تين مجفف
1 بصلة حمراء
20 جرام بذور الشيا
5 ملاعق كبيرة زيت لفت
1 + 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة خل بلسمي
ملح فلفل
ابدأ بغسل الكينوا ثم اطهيه لمدة 12 دقيقة في قدر كبير من الماء المغلي المملح.
في هذه الأثناء ، يتم تحضير الحمص عن طريق وضع جميع المكونات في الخلاط. ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
امزج لمدة 2 إلى 3 دقائق والمعزوفة ، الحمص جاهز بالفعل!
عندما تصبح الكينوا جاهزة ، بردها بالماء البارد ثم صفيها جيدًا. اتركه في مصفاة دقيقة لمدة 5 دقائق للسماح للماء بالتصريف جيدًا. ثم ضعيها في وعاء سلطة كبير ، ثم اسكبي التوت البري وبذور اليقطين وبذور الشيا.
نقطع التين المجفف إلى قطع بعد إزالة الذيل الصغير.
يقشر البصل الأحمر ويقطع ناعماً.
يُسكب زيت بذور اللفت والخل البلسمي. أخذت هنا زيت بذور اللفت ثم أصفر مع طعم قوي جدا.
ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك. قدمي كمية جيدة من حمص الشمندر ثم قلبي السلطة على الجانب. يمكنك أيضًا عمل سرير من الحمص ووضع جزء من السلطة عليه.
لقد أضفت ببساطة بعض براعم البروكلي الصغيرة وبعض الثوم المعمر المفروم. فرحة!
