عندما أجد نفسي في نيويورك ، أذهب دائمًا إلى سوق هول فودز (انظر التقرير هنا ) حيث يقدمون سلطات غير محتملة يكشف في كل مرة جيدة جدًا (نظرًا للسعر ، هذا طبيعي!). أقدم لكم نسختي من إحدى هذه السلطات. الطعم فريد ومفاجئ للغاية في البداية. لكن سرعان ما أصبحنا مدمنين على هذا الطعم الحلو والمالح ومزيج القوام: المكسرات مقرمشة ، والبرتقال المسكر يجلب النعومة. كل هذا مع الكزبرة المفرومة الطازجة والقليل من الكركم. إنها ببساطة تسبب الإدمان وفوق كل شيء أصلي للغاية! بالإضافة إلى أنها فرصة لاستخدام الكينوا بشكل مختلف … ومع عودة الأيام الجميلة ، إنها فرصة لوضع بعض النشاط في النزهات!
وصفة سلطة فواكه الكينوا (لأربعة أشخاص):
– 300 جرام من الكينوا – 80 جرام جوز البقان – 70 جرام بذور اليقطين – 60 جرام برتقال ملبس مقطع مكعبات – 70 جرام توت بري مجفف -30 جرام زبيب -30 جرام لوز مقشر – حفنة صغيرة من الكزبرة -1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم -1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الثوم (وليس السميد) -ملح فلفل -2 ملاعق كبيرة من العسل – 3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون – 5 ملاعق كبيرة عصير برتقال
ها هي الكينوا لمن لا يعرفها بعد …! أحد أطعمتي المفضلة!
يُغلى الماء المملح ثم يُضاف الكينوا ويُطهى لمدة 16 دقيقة مع التحريك من حين لآخر.
يُصفّى (في منخل ناعم حيث تسمح المصفاة بمرور حبوب الكينوا).
